Keynote Speaker: Jonathan Vance
Jonathan Vance is Professor of History at the University of Western Ontario and focuses on Canadian history and social memory. He is the author of Death So Noble, which won the Sir John A. Macdonald Prize in 1998, and A History of Canadian Culture.
Keynote Speaker: Holger H.Herwig
Holger Herwig is Professor of History at the University of Calgary and holds a Canada Research Chair in Military and Strategic Studies. Professor Herwig has written extensively on the First World War.
Pre-Conference: Western Canadian Narratives
